Problem & audience definition
A shared statement of the user problem, business objective and assumptions that the product needs to test.
A focused engagement / Product / MVP Discovery Sprint
Turn a promising idea or an uncertain backlog into a clear first-release plan. A focused discovery engagement helps you make product and technical decisions before a larger development commitment.
Founder-led · Agreed scope · Direct collaboration

Your starting point
A defined engagement with clear deliverables and a walkthrough of the outcome.
Is this where you are?
For founders and teams who need to make an idea concrete enough to evaluate, design or build.
You need to separate essential features from later possibilities.
Your team has different assumptions about the intended product.
You need a clearer brief before requesting development estimates.
What you receive
Discovery and planning, with prototype work only where agreed. Production development and ongoing product support are separate engagements.
A shared statement of the user problem, business objective and assumptions that the product needs to test.
The core user flows and agreed wireframes or prototype work needed to communicate the proposed experience.
A first-release feature set with explicit boundaries, acceptance considerations and a separate view of later opportunities.
An outline of likely system needs, dependencies, risks and delivery stages to support the next planning conversation.
How the engagement works
Bring existing notes, research, designs or a product demo. We clarify your audience, goals and constraints together.
Work through the main journeys, prioritise features and surface technical questions that could affect delivery.
Walk through the scope and roadmap so you can decide whether to build, refine the idea or investigate an assumption further.
Informed by building our own product
Building OneSequence connects our product thinking with practical software delivery. You can explore the product as an example of the work behind this discovery approach.

Before we get started
No. The core engagement is discovery and planning. Any prototype work is agreed in the scope, and production development is a separate commitment.
The deliverables are intended to support a clear handover. We agree their format, level of detail and ownership in the engagement terms before starting.
Discovery clarifies assumptions and can include agreed research activities. It does not guarantee market demand. We identify what has evidence behind it and what still needs testing.
Yes. The sprint can focus on a new feature, a difficult user journey or a proposed change to an existing product, with the scope adjusted accordingly.
We agree the duration and price based on the decisions, participants and deliverables involved. We do not assume every product needs the same discovery process.
A clear next step
Tell us where you are today and what you want to improve. We’ll discuss the fit and propose a scope before any work begins.
