Environment & spend review
A view of the in-scope workloads, cost drivers and available usage evidence, with gaps or assumptions identified.
A focused engagement / AWS & Azure Architecture & Cost Audit
A focused review of your AWS & Azure environment, billing and operating needs. Leave with a prioritised set of recommendations, including the tradeoffs behind each proposed change.
Founder-led · Agreed scope · Direct collaboration

Your starting point
A defined engagement with clear deliverables and a walkthrough of the outcome.
Is this where you are?
For businesses already using AWS, Azure or both that want an informed plan before making infrastructure changes.
You cannot clearly connect your AWS & Azure bill to usage or business needs.
You suspect unused resources or oversized services are adding cost.
You want an independent review of reliability and architecture decisions.
What you receive
A review and recommendations engagement. Implementation, formal compliance work and ongoing monitoring are separately scoped.
A view of the in-scope workloads, cost drivers and available usage evidence, with gaps or assumptions identified.
Observations on reliability, operational visibility and configuration risks within the agreed review scope.
A practical action list that weighs expected impact, effort, dependencies and risk. Savings estimates, where possible, include their assumptions.
A session to explain the findings, answer your team’s questions and discuss which recommendations are worth taking forward.
How the engagement works
Agree the AWS accounts, Azure subscriptions, workloads, billing period, business requirements and access needed for the audit.
Inspect the agreed environment and cost information. Clarify findings with the people responsible for operating it.
Walk through the recommendations and agree whether your team or an additional engagement will implement changes.
What a useful finding contains
The audit is designed to support decisions. A recommendation should explain the evidence, its expected effect and what needs checking before implementation.
Our review approach
Before we get started
Yes. We can review AWS, Azure or both. The accounts, subscriptions and workloads included are agreed before the audit begins.
We agree the minimum access required for the scoped review. Read-only access and billing information are typical starting points; any additional access is discussed with your team.
The audit is a review engagement. Production changes are not included unless separately scoped and authorised. Recommendations can be implemented by your team or through a follow-on engagement.
No. The review may identify cost opportunities, but their value depends on the environment, usage and commitments. We distinguish evidence-based estimates from assumptions.
No. The review may flag relevant configuration concerns, but it does not provide certification, penetration testing or formal compliance assurance.
We propose pricing and a timeline after understanding the number of AWS accounts or Azure subscriptions, workloads and review depth. Both are agreed before the audit begins.
A clear next step
Tell us where you are today and what you want to improve. We’ll discuss the fit and propose a scope before any work begins.
